What this website collects, and why.

This notice covers genspark.ie. The LearnSpark app and web application have their own policy.

Enquiry forms

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, work email, organisation, the topic you chose, your message, the page you sent it from and, where present, the campaign tag in the link you arrived by. We use this to reply to you and to understand which outreach works (legitimate interests). Enquiries are emailed to the founders and stored in our lead records. We keep them for [24 months] after the last contact, then delete them.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not identify individual visitors. No advertising or cross-site tracking.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email privacy@genspark.ie; we respond within one month. You may complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
