Training

Courses that make AI a working skill.

Six CPD-accredited courses and one flagship. All hands-on, all delivered by engineers from regulated manufacturing.

01The pathway

Three levels, in order.

Most organisations start everyone on Foundations, then send the people who work with AI daily to Mastery, and the people who decide where it goes to Strategist.

AI Foundations

01

Practical AI for Everyone

All staff

A working level of AI literacy for every seat: what these tools are, what they get wrong, and the habits that keep their output safe to use.

03The flagship

The flagship: AI for Biopharma Manufacturing.

Two days at NIBRT in Dublin, taught on LearnSpark, the iPad-first platform we built for this course. Participants work through nine scenarios drawn from real manufacturing: deviation investigations, process drift, batch record review, audit preparation. Every decision is assessed in real time, with feedback on analytical depth, quality of evidence, regulatory awareness and decision-making.

LearnSpark on iPad: a multi-turn AI coaching conversation about acceptance criteria for a monitoring model

A real exchange from exercise S1: the AI pushes the pair on acceptance criteria.

04In the room

Run like a control room, not a lecture.

Instructors run the day from the LearnSpark console. Exercises release one at a time, pair progress is live, and the room projection keeps every table on the same page. This is the platform the September and December NIBRT cohorts run on.

Partners and networks

Who we deliver with.

Our courses reach organisations through the institutes we teach with, the body that accredits us, and the Skillnet Ireland networks that part-fund training for their members. Network membership is often what makes the training affordable, so it is worth checking before you budget for it.

AI literacy is now an obligation. Train it properly.

Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires providers and deployers of AI systems to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy in the people who use them. AI Foundations is built to support that obligation, with role-appropriate training and records of completion. No course can certify compliance, and we will not tell you otherwise.
