01For training institutes
Your customers are asking for AI training. Building it takes software capability and manufacturing expertise together.
LearnSpark is the platform and the courses, delivered under your brand, by your instructors. NIBRT runs it in Dublin. CASTL runs it in Canada. The next institute could be yours.

02Three ways in
How an institute plugs in, in order of effort.
01 / Online
Offer the ten-module AI series to your trainees
Self-paced, on your academy, alongside your existing curriculum. The lowest-effort way to put credible AI content in front of your customers this quarter.
02 / In person
Licence the course for delivery at your facility
Train-the-trainer. We come to your site, certify your instructors, and leave them with LearnSpark and the curriculum. This is the CASTL model, extended to AI.
03 / At NIBRT
Send a team to a scheduled cohort in Dublin
A pilot before licensing, or the route for partners whose facilities are not yet set up for it.
03What a licence includes
Everything needed to sell and deliver from the first cohort.
- The platform
- iPad and web apps, the instructor Control Centre, projection and polling, cohort analytics. Hosted and maintained by us.
- The courses
- AI for Biopharma Manufacturing (two days) and AI for Medical Device Manufacturing (one day), with every exercise, persona, agent and rubric.
- Instructor certification
- Your instructors trained on the method and the console, with run-sheets for every session.
- Your brand front and centre
- Learners see your institute. Your logo on the app, your certificates, your academy listing.
- Per-seat economics
- A licence plus a share of every seat. Your margin is visible from the first cohort, and our revenue share is our whole distribution cost.
04Why NIBRT chose to buy
NIBRT, Ireland's national institute for biopharma manufacturing training, needed an AI curriculum. Their customers were asking. They couldn't build it: it takes software capability plus deep manufacturing expertise that almost nobody holds together. They contracted a two-person company from Castlebar.
Training exercises are only credible to a factory engineer if they were written by one. Designing an AI that fails believably inside real plant paperwork is judgement, not software. The first paid cohort ran in June 2026: 14 participants, 60 decisions scored. Ten online modules followed on NIBRT's academy in August, and the same programme is now live on CASTL in Canada.
Curriculum infrastructure doesn't get ripped out once trainees flow through it. And every cohort adds scored decisions, the record of when an engineer correctly refused an AI recommendation, which nobody else is collecting, and which makes the product better with every institute that joins.
